This is a South American coffee from Peru. Located in the Cajamarca region of Peru, COOPAFSI (Cooperative Agraria “Frontera San Ignacio” Ltda) was officially established in June 1969.
Roasted to a medium dark to bring out the sugary side of this coffee. If you are looking for a new coffee to try, this is the one.
